APPLICATIONS:
The equipment provides various processing functions, such as coloring recycling, mixing and multi-materials (for example with glass fiber) . Applicable plastic materials include ABS, PS, PP, PC, PE, PBT, POM and soft PVC, TPE, TPU, etc.
FEATURES:
Drive System: The machines driven by AC motor combined with frequency inverter control. The transmission gears are precision ground, providing high torque output, no noise running. The gearbox is equipped with a cooling system.
Vacuum Vent System: The system is especially ideal for processing electronic materials, such as PC / ABS, PC, PBT + GF, ABS (fire prevention grade) , etc. No breather or moisture remains in the granules. The same result is reached only by high-tech injection.
Choice of Various Cutting Machines: To meet the different properties of various plastic materials, various cutting machines are provided to choose from, such as a die face cutting machine, a water ring cutting machine, under water cutting machine and a strand-type cutting machine.
Choice of Standard or High Speed Models: The YJ-PS series provides standard model (PS) and high speed model (PSH) to choose from. The high speed model is designed to meet requirements for a high throughput and high quality product.
Control: The control system is available to equip with traditional magnetic contractors, PC or touch-sensing screen.
