Deep-groove-type Screw: The segment (block-type) screw design provides complete matching, assuring perfect homogenizing and dispersing effects.
Choice of Various Cutting Machines: To meet the different properties of various plastic materials, various cutting machines are provided to choose from such as a strand-type cutting machine, a water ring cutting machine, an under water cutting machine and a die face cutting machine.
Computer Controlled De-weighing-type Feeder: The twin screw extruder should be equipped with a feeding system. Our computer controlled de-weighing-type feeder is designed for additional materials as granules, powder and fibers, etc.
Various Types of Feeders: There are various types of screws as options for the feeder, such as spring-type screws, blade-type screws, twin screws and vibrating screen to be a complete set.
Control: The control system is available to equip with traditional magnetic contactors, PC or touch-sensing screen.
Screw Materials: The screw materials provide tool steel and bi-metal to choose from. The advanced bi-metal seamless barrel features large wall thickness up to 6~9mm
